Community members receive Paul Harris Fellows awards

Two community members were recognized for above and beyond service with the Paul Harris Fellows awards at the annual Blytheville Rotary banquet. Honored were Phyllis McClendon, director of the Haven of Northeast Arkansas, and Wayne Breckenridge who has worked to make improvements in the Mississippi County Library System when he is not on duty as a local fireman.
