City trying to collect from wholesale water customer

The Mississippi County Election Commission will conduct a recount of the races for Blytheville's Ward 3 council position and Osceola mayor at the county election office next Monday at 3 p.m. The recount for the Dyess mayoral race was held Wednesday, but no members of the press were notified of this or apprised of the results until Friday afternoon.
